The first step is to call or email  us to set up your FREE introductory session.

This gives you the opportunity to meet us and find out firsthand who we are and what we do.

If you decide that LivingStone CrossFit is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

The one-on-one training during the LSCF On-Ramp introductory program allows us to minimize distractions and focus maximum attention in determining your individual needs.

In the On-Ramp program, you learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts.

 LivingStone Programs


 OnRamp

An initial assessment program, conducted by one of your coaches that addresses your core instabilities, lack of mobility and potential sources of injury.


 Elements

For all new members, this is the first stage program, integrating you into the CrossFit class environment. This gymnastics base will build a foundation, strengthening you and teaching you movement.


Level 1

The next step program.

We will reassess you and determine when you are ready to progress to the next level.

In L1, you'll be seeing more progressions for advance movements and start working with the bar on Olympic lifts, dead-lifts, over head press, back squats.

You will learn the mechanics of these lift to safely help you achieve your strength & conditioning goals.

 


LEVEL 2

This program is for the advanced athlete.

We reassess you and determine if you are ready to progress to the next level,

after assessment has proven to safely perform advanced lifts and movements.
